With extensive knowledge and experience of the international cattle markets and the domestic purebred and commercial cattle industry, RCS is the perfect choice for managing your next sale or as a consulting service for marketing or adding to your herd. 

RCS is committed to provide the following services to sale management customers:

• RCS will professionally clip, groom and fit the cattle as necessary for the best presentation of the animal to the public for sale.  RCS will take photos of all sale cattle that are worthy of being photographed for advertising and catalog purposes. 
  
• RCS will plan an advertising budget and schedule an effective advertising campaign with the publications agreed upon with the customer to be used for promotion of your sale. 
  
• RCS will get all materials and photos in to these publications by each of their deadlines. 
  
• RCS will design, layout, produce, print, mail and place catalog as printable PDF on RCS Website.   This includes writing all of the footnotes, placing photos, inserting pedigrees, thank you and introduction pages along with other standard catalog features, proofs will be supplied to and approved by customer.
  
• RCS will supply an effective mailing or rapid email notification for the distribution of your sale flyer and catalog if needed. 
  
• RCS will provide before the sale day help penning the cattle in a way that is most beneficial to the sale and will assist in any problems, concerns or situations that may arise. 
  
• RCS will supply an additional clerk on sale day depending on location, auction facility or on-the farm sale. 
  
• RCS will attempt to market the cattle through the solicitation of buyers through phone calls and personal contacts. RCS will also field any phone calls pertaining to the sale cattle and represent potential buyers in the case that they can not be there in person to bid on cattle. 
  
• RCS  would provide a complete financial report of the sale upon closing of the books when hired to provide accounting services at the day of the sale.   
  
• RCS will assist in providing labor to help with the sale. We hire professional cattle clippers to clip the cattle for photos and for the sale itself. The professionals can also be hired for anything that needs to be done leading up to the sale, i.e. sorting, penning, washing, etc. 
  
• RCS will also negotiate anything else asked by the customer that is within their legal power that is not already mentioned on the list above.
